I am blown away that you were already finding ways to push even crayons to their limit at an early age! Myself...from my very earliest memory I just drew constantly. Pencils, markers, crayons...whatever was closest (in their original, non-melted form though LOL). I didn't have that cool paper-mill connection (that's awesome! How cool was that?) but my mom brought home stacks and stacks of used memeograph paper from work (she worked at a school) there was never a shortage of 1-sided paper to draw on! You've made me want to find the box of drawings and crafts that my mom saved (it's here somewhere...) thanks for getting me thinking about this it makes me smile!
